- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water, add to the pan to thicken sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce for desired saltiness.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
