- 1 lb chicken fillet
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken fillet and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add broccoli to the same pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add rice and chicken broth to the pan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is cooked.
- Return chicken to the pan and mix well.
- Serve warm.
