Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, and sugar.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the mixed vegetables.
- Stir-fry the vegetables until tender.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili paste.
- You can add protein like chicken or tofu for a heartier meal.
