- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
- Add cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, increase the cornstarch.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
