- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the Instant Pot.
- Add black beans, corn, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, release the pressure manually.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix well with the other ingredients.
- Serve warm with tortillas or rice.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
