- 6 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Brush the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
- Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro on each tortilla.
- Squeeze lime juice over the assembled tacos.

- Use any firm white fish for this recipe.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
