Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Add the chopped onion, mushrooms, and garlic on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with chicken broth and thyme.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown the top.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use bone-in chicken for more flavor.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
- Serve with rice or bread to soak up the sauce.
