- 4 chicken fillets

Instructions
- Prepare chicken fillets by cutting into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and brown rice.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables; mix well.
- Portion mixture into freezer bags or containers.
- Label and date the bags, then freeze.
- To cook, thaw overnight and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
