- 4 chicken fillets
- 2 cups of broccoli
- 1 cup of bell peppers
- 1 cup of carrots
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets and coat them in the mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and surround with broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let cool, then portion into freezer bags.
- Label bags and freeze for up to 3 months.
Notes
- Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.
- Use any preferred vegetables.
- Can substitute chicken with turkey.
