Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and sear on both sides for 5 minutes.
- Pour beef broth over the chicken and top with caramelized onions and cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
