Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In a baking dish, place chicken and top with caramelized onions.
- Pour beef broth over the chicken.
- Sprinkle thyme and cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
