Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dredge chicken in flour mixture, coating well.
- Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
