Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- Pour garlic butter over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
