- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic.
- Add cooked meatballs to the skillet and coat with garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with pasta or bread.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can freeze meatballs before cooking.
