Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add orzo noodles, chicken broth, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley before serving.
