- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Coat each chicken fillet with olive oil.
- Dip the chicken fillets into the cheese mixture until well coated.
- Place the coated chicken fillets in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Serve with a side of vegetables or pasta.
- You can add more garlic for stronger flavor.
