- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the butter mixture.
- Coat each fillet in a mixture of parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
