- 1 lb chicken fillet, sliced
- 1/2 cup almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sliced chicken, cook until browned.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
- Pour sauce over chicken, stir well.
- Add toasted almonds, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
