- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the ginger soy mixture over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
