- 2 cups cooked orzo

- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Cook the orzo according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the diced chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make tzatziki.
- Assemble the bowls with orzo, chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Top with tzatziki sauce before serving.

- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- Can add olives for extra flavor.
