Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives to the skillet.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and top with feta cheese before serving.
