- 1 lb chicken fillet, cubed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 wooden skewers
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for sauce)
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- For tzatziki, combine yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Serve chicken skewers with tzatziki sauce.
