Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, spinach, olives, feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Use low-fat yogurt for a lighter option.
