Greek Chicken Wraps with Spinach, Olives, and Feta Delight

A healthy and flavorful Greek chicken wrap packed with spinach, olives, and feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, spinach, olives, feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Cut each wrap in half and serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers.
  • These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Use low-fat yogurt for a lighter option.
