Greek Stuffed Chicken: 5 Flavors That Wow Every Time

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and oregano.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken fillet.
  4. Stuff each pocket with the cheese mixture.
  5. Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place chicken in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
