- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup grapes, halved
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Greek yogurt.
- Add the diced celery, red onion, and halved grapes.
- Stir in the lemon juice and garlic powder.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich filling.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
