Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, green chiles, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture over the tortilla chips.
  5. Top with the remaining tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
