- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, green chiles, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips in a baking dish.
- Add the chicken mixture on top of the chips.
- Sprinkle the remaining tortilla chips on top.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Adjust spice levels by adding jalapeños if desired.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
