- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Instructions
- Grill the chicken fillets until fully cooked.
- Slice the avocado and mash it in a bowl.
- Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
- Layer spinach, grilled chicken, avocado, and tomato on two slices of bread.
- Top with remaining slices of bread.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
