Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Let the chicken rest, then slice it thinly.
- Mix yogurt, mint, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Warm tortillas on a skillet.
- Assemble tacos with chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and mint yogurt sauce.
- Serve immediately.
