Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the sandwich: place chicken on the bun, add lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
