- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and chili paste.
- Place chicken fillets in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Serve with Thai peanut sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- Marinate overnight for better flavor.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Adjust spiciness with more or less chili paste.
