Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and chili paste.
  2. Place chicken fillets in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. Serve with Thai peanut sauce drizzled on top.
