- Skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and green onions to make the ranch dressing.
- Serve skewers with miso ranch dipping sauce.
