Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken on the grill.
- Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice and serve hot.
