Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken fillets with this mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine parsley, cilantro, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and olive oil to make the chimichurri sauce.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken topped with chimichurri sauce.
