Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush chicken fillets with garlic butter mixture.
- Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
