Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, bay leaves, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place chicken fillets in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  7. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
