- 4 chicken fillets
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, bay leaves, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken fillets in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
