Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Add chicken fillets to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard leftover marinade.
