- 4 chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
