- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, fennel seeds, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

- Serve with a side of vegetables or salad.
