Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, fennel seeds, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade and ensure they are well-coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

- For more flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the marinade.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
