- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade and coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For best flavor, marinate overnight.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or salad.
