- 4 chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken fillets in the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or salad.
