Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken fillets in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Marinate overnight for a stronger flavor.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a salad.
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
