- 4 chicken fillets
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lavender, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken fillets in a zip-top bag and pour marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Marinate overnight for stronger flavors.
- Adjust lavender quantity to taste.
