Grilled Chicken with Lemon Mint Marinade: 5 Ways to Savor

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, mint, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken fillets in a ziplock bag or bowl and pour marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
