Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, nutmeg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
