Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- You can marinate the chicken overnight for more flavor.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or salad.
