Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillets
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill.
- Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
