Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken fillets in the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
